Tradition continues as we kick off our training for season 2022…The Beach Run.

Come on down to the Mooloolaba Spit for a fun beach training session to meet new players and catch up with your mates.

A light hearted training run, a quick dip, followed by drinks and a BBQ.

Get down there to get rid of those off season cobwebs and get those muscles moving again.
